He has more than a dozen years of work as a business trainer and academic teacher in the fields of business management, human capital management, career development and managerial negotiation. He conducts academic research and management research projects. He has worked as a trainer and coordinator for the Business Center of Western Lesser Poland, BASF Coatings Services Sp. z o.o., Zelmer S.A., Pratt&Whtney and TVN S.A., among others. He holds the Certified International Professional Negotiator® (CIPN®) and Certified International Professional Trainer® (CIPT®) certifications.
